This policy describes how Gallagher’s Resource collects, uses, and protects information through Reporting Hub (the “Service”).
1. What we collect
Account information you provide (name, work email, organization). Content your organization uploads or creates in the Service, including spreadsheets, form submissions, customer and site profiles, and dashboard configurations. If your organization connects a third-party integration (for example, a voice AI platform or field service system), the data retrieved through that connection using credentials you provide. Basic usage information (such as sign-in activity) needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
To operate the Service for your organization: storing your data, rendering your reports and dashboards, and running any integrations you’ve connected. To communicate with you about your account. To maintain the security and reliability of the Service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your organization’s content to train models.
3. Data isolation
Every organization’s data is isolated at the database level, enforced by row-level security. Staff at other organizations on the platform cannot see your data, and platform administrators access it only as needed to provide support or maintain the Service.
4. Third-party services we use
We rely on infrastructure providers to run the Service, including a database and authentication provider, a hosting provider, and an email delivery provider for account and notification emails. If you connect a voice AI platform, that platform processes data according to its own terms once connected. We do not add other third-party data-sharing beyond what’s required to run the Service.
5. Credentials and API keys
API keys or credentials you provide to connect an integration are stored securely and are never displayed back through the interface once saved, including to your own organization’s admins.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain your organization’s data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your organization’s account and data by contacting us; some information may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
