How do I keep internal notes separate from client comments?
Each card has two separate areas. Team notes are internal only. Client comments are visible to the customer. They are clearly labeled, so nothing is shared by accident.
Can I assign work and mention teammates?
Yes. Cards have assignees, and @mentions notify the person you tag by email and inside the app.
